Registration Process

To join the MC Ski Club's exciting winter adventures, follow these steps:

Step 1: Registration Form

To register, log in to our website and complete the registration form. You will have an option to pick the correct location and select all the activities you want to sign up for. Once completed, you'll receive an email with further instructions. When your spot is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you. A registration fee payable to the MC Ski Club covers club fees, transportation, and the snack break during trips.

Step 2: EPIC Pass or Liberty Slope Days Package

Please note that Vail Resorts no longer offer the unlimited night skiing card. To participate in our club trips, skiers will need to purchase an EPIC Pass from the EPIC Pass website. Options include the 22 resort 5-Day Pass or the EPIC Northeastern or EPIC Local Pass, which provide unlimited skiing in numerous resorts. EPIC passes are typically available for purchase until December.

Another option is to sign up for Slope Days program. Ones the 2025 program is announced, our club will get a special registration link. This option will be available on Friday nights only. The cost is $319 for 5 lifts, 5 rentals and 5 lessons. If interested, you can indicate it on the registration form.

Step 3: Equipment

We recommend checking local ski shops for seasonal rentals or purchasing used gear. Alternatively, you can rent equipment from the mountain. Here are some recommended ski shops:

Remember, helmets are absolutely required for all participants!

Prices and Discounts:

Five Fridays at Liberty - $330 ($300 with early registration)
Five Sundays at Liberty - $330 ($300 with early registration)
January 29th, 2025 at Liberty - $100 ($90 for current members, $80 with early registration)
One Trip to Seven Springs - $685 ($600 for current members, $540 with early registration)
Two Trips to Seven Springs - $1,265 ($1,110 for current members, $1000 with early registration)

Early Registration discount: the invoice must be paid in full or a payment plan must be initiated by 8/31/2024
Sibling discount: 10% off the total registration

Cancelation:

If your plans change, let us know. If you must cancel, do it as early as possible.

Early registrations can be canceled by August 31st, 2024, with a $0 cancelation fee and with a 10% cancellation fee by November 30th, 2024.
You will get a full refund of your regular registration with a $0 cancelation fee if you cancel by November 30th, 2024.
Starting December 1st, 2024, the cancelations will be refunded only in case we find a replacement for your spot. You will be charged a $25 cancelation fee.
In case the whole trip is canceled you will get a full refund.
